  • Individual Therapy

“Knowing yourself is the first step to initiating change.”

The stress of daily life, relationship difficulties, the effects of past experiences or internal conflicts can leave deep marks on our mental health over time. Individual therapy is a structured and confidential process that helps a person get to know themselves better, make sense of their thoughts and feelings, and improve their quality of life.

During the therapy process, I work with scientifically based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy, and EMDR, which are shaped according to the client's needs. During the sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space, guiding the person to explore their emotional world, restructure their thought patterns, and develop healthier coping skills.

  • Child and Adolescent Therapy

“Emotional support throughout development provides the foundation for a healthy future.”

Childhood and adolescence are critical stages in which identity development, emotional awareness and social skills are shaped. Emotional difficulties, traumatic experiences, academic pressures, family conflicts or social adaptation problems experienced during these periods can negatively affect the developmental process of children and adolescents.

During the therapy process, a safe space is created where the child or adolescent can express himself/herself; at the same time, in cooperation with the family, solutions appropriate to developmental needs are developed.

  • Athlete Therapy

    “Mental toughness sustains physical success.”

Professional or amateur athletes can be exposed to intense psychological pressures in addition to their physical performance. Competition stress, recovery from injuries, loss of motivation, self-confidence issues or the search for balance between sports life and personal life can directly affect athletes' mental health.

Sports therapy aims to strengthen the psychological resilience of the individual and to identify and transform the internal obstacles that negatively affect their performance. In this process, which is carried out with sports psychology-based techniques; focus skills, stress management, goal setting, self-confidence building and mental performance development studies are carried out.
